This rear LCD monitor allows you to shoot and review information. It has wide viewing angle of 160 as well as brighter and easier-to-read menus. Also, it features high precision, wide area 9-point autofocus system.

It was designed with the newly developed Display Off Sensor that automatically turns off the external display whenever you compose images. When the sensor detects your face against the back panel of the camera, it will turn the screen off. The monitor is turned off so the brightness of the LCD does not disturb your eye while you look through the viewfinder.

Canon EOS Digital Rebel XTi digital SLR camera can shoot up to 3 frames per second, 27 frames in burst. The startup time only takes 0.2 second so you are always ready to shoot. The shutter can record images as fast as 1/4000 seconds and as long as 30 seconds. Also, it synchronizes with Canon Speedlites at 1/200 seconds.

It has the high-precision 9-point AF system, located on the back of the camera, for speedy and accurate focusing in any situation. Use the One-Shot setting for shooting still subject and AI Servo AF for moving subjects. When the subject is moving and stopping, use AI Focus AF as it automatically switches between One-Shot and AI Servo AF. You can have access to the 9 focus points using the cross key buttons or you can let the camera choose setting automatically.

The Canon EOS Digital Rebel XTi digital SLR camera has Picture Style settings to help you edit the color, contrast and sharpness of your images. You can also create three additional settings using the six preset Picture Styles – Standard, Portrait, Landscape, Neutral, Faithful and Monochrome. It has Print/Share button that features advanced camera direct capabilities that allows you to control while direct printing.
