There are many things that come to mind when shopping for an HD television: screen size, LCD or plasma, and wall mount are some of the most common things most people consider when making their purchase.

But, I would like to argue that there is something that most people don’t think about when purchasing a new HD TV: the screen. 

The biggest difference between these new televisions and the old tube televisions is the screen.  Specifically, the new television screen are more susceptible to damage and unfortunately, they don’t usually come with any sort of TV screen protection.

Just make sure to buy a TV screen protector for your new television to ensure that it will last for many years to come and not end up broken in the garbage dump.
